Our story
Started because good cleaning should not feel like luck
Most people have a story about a cleaner who was excellent for two months and then changed, or a contract cleaning firm whose standard quietly drifted once the first invoice was paid. It is rarely anyone’s fault. It happens because nothing was ever written down, so there was no standard to drift from.
FBA Sparkle Services Ltd is built the other way round. Before a cleaner sets foot in a property we agree, in writing, what a completed visit includes. That document is what we are accountable to, and it is why a client who has used us for a year gets the same clean as one who started last week.
From our base in Milton Keynes we now clean homes, offices, retail units, clinics and managed residential blocks, and we handle tenancy turnarounds for landlords and letting agents. Larger commercial contracts we deliver across the UK. The scale has changed; the method has not.
Professional Cleaning. Exceptional Standards. A Lasting Sparkle.

What we believe
Four things we will not compromise on
Every cleaning company claims to care about quality. These are the specific commitments that shape how we actually operate.
Attention to detail
The difference between a clean property and a well-cleaned one is almost always the detail: the window track, the extractor filter, the skirting behind the door. We work to written checklists so those things are jobs, not afterthoughts.
Reliability above all
A cleaning company that turns up is worth more than one that occasionally dazzles. We run our own branded fleet and control our own schedule, so the slot you book is the slot you get.
Straight answers
If grout is permanently stained or a sealant needs renewing rather than cleaning, we say so. Overpromising wins one job; being honest keeps a client for years.
Respect for your space
Our cleaners work in homes, clinics and offices where discretion matters. Uniformed, vetted, quiet and careful, treating your property the way we would want ours treated.
How we work
Four operating decisions that shape every job
Not slogans. These are choices about how the business runs, and each one has a cost we accept.
We write the standard down
Every domestic client has a room-by-room checklist and every commercial client a site specification. It removes the single biggest cause of friction in cleaning: two people holding different pictures of what a finished job looks like.
We price the job, not the hour
Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes the client. Quoting against an agreed scope means a difficult kitchen is our problem to solve, not an invoice line you did not expect.
We keep people on the same properties
Familiarity compounds. A cleaner who has worked the same house for six months knows which surfaces mark, where things belong and what the household actually cares about.
We say what we cannot do
Perished sealant needs replacing, not cleaning. Grout dyed by years of mould will not come back white. Telling clients this costs us the occasional job and earns us the long ones.
Credentials
The paperwork behind the uniform
Facilities managers, managing agents and landlords ask for this before anything else, so we keep it current and to hand.
- Public liability insurance as standard, documentation on request
- Cleaners vetted and referenced before working unsupervised
- DBS-checked staff on commercial and clinical contracts
- Branded uniform and photo identification on every visit
- Risk assessments and method statements for commercial sites
- COSHH-compliant handling of professional cleaning products

Where we are heading
To be the cleaning company Milton Keynes recommends by name
Not the biggest, and not the cheapest. We would rather grow slowly on the back of clients who pass our number on than win work we cannot deliver to the standard we have written down. Every new contract is judged against one question: can we hold this standard on visit fifty as well as visit one?
