Six reasons
Where we are genuinely different
Each of these costs us something. That is rather the point: they are commitments, not marketing lines.
Uniformed, vetted cleaners
Every cleaner arrives in branded uniform and carries identification, so you always know exactly who is at your door. Commercial contract staff are DBS-checked as standard.
Professional-grade equipment
We bring our own fully stocked caddy and commercial products to every job, with microfibre laundered between properties. Nothing of yours is used up.
Our own branded fleet
A dedicated fleet means we are not dependent on anyone else to reach you. It is the single biggest reason our arrival times hold.
Fully insured, clear pricing
Public liability cover as standard and a written quote before we start. Work is priced per job or per visit against an agreed list, not billed by the creeping hour.
Written specifications
Domestic checklists and commercial site specifications mean the standard is documented. If something listed was missed, we return and put it right.
One point of contact
You speak to someone who knows your property, not a rota of call handlers reading from a script.
The comparison
The usual experience, and ours
These are the six complaints we hear most often about previous cleaners. Each one has a structural fix.
| The usual experience | With FBA Sparkle |
|---|---|
| A price quoted by the hour, so the bill grows with the difficulty | A fixed price against an agreed scope, confirmed in writing before we start |
| A different cleaner each visit, so the standard resets every time | A named cleaner on your property, with one vetted cover cleaner for holidays |
| Nothing written down, so a missed task becomes a difference of opinion | A room-by-room checklist or site specification that both sides hold |
| Your cupboard products and equipment quietly used up | Our own commercial products, machines and laundered microfibre on every visit |
| Nobody accountable once the contract is signed | One named contact who knows your property and owns any issue to resolution |
| Long tie-in contracts that remove the pressure to perform | Rolling monthly terms, so we have to keep earning the work |
Our commitments
Four promises we will put in writing
Ask us to confirm any of these in your quote and we will, because they are how we already work.
The put-it-right commitment
If something on your agreed checklist was missed, tell us promptly and we return to complete it at no charge. Not a goodwill gesture, simply the checklist being honoured.
No surprise charges
The figure on your quote is the figure on your invoice. If the scope genuinely needs to change, we ask you first and you decide.
Honest scoping
If a deep clean will not fix a problem, or a cheaper service would serve you better, we will say so before you book rather than after.
Straightforward exits
Rolling monthly terms on contracts and no cancellation penalty on regular domestic work. Reasonable notice is all we ask.

Working with us
From first call to an ongoing standard
Five steps. Most clients are through the first three inside a week.
No obligation at any stage
You can walk away after the quote, after the site visit, or after the first clean. We would rather you were sure.
- 1
Get in touch
Call, email or send the quote form. Tell us the property, the service and roughly when you need us.
- 2
We scope and quote
For most work we can quote the same working day. Commercial contracts and heavy deep cleans get a short site visit first.
- 3
We agree the detail in writing
A room-by-room checklist or a site specification, so both sides know exactly what a completed job looks like.
- 4
Your clean happens
A uniformed, equipped team arrives at the agreed time. For regular work you keep the same cleaner.
- 5
We check and adjust
A walk-through on one-off work, periodic reviews on contracts. Priorities change and the specification changes with them.
