An office says something about a business before anyone speaks. Smeared glass in the meeting room, a kitchen bin that was not emptied on Friday, washroom consumables that ran out mid-week: none of it is catastrophic, and all of it registers with staff and visitors.
We clean offices outside working hours so the disruption is nil and the effect is immediate. Every visit follows a site specification we build with you, covering desk surfaces, kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms, communal areas and the entrance that forms a client's first impression.
You get a named account contact rather than a call centre, so changes to schedules, additional rooms or a request for extra cover before an audit are dealt with by someone who already knows your site.
Ideal for
- Small and medium offices wanting a dependable nightly or weekly clean
- Serviced and shared workspaces with communal areas to maintain
- Professional practices where the reception is a client's first impression
- Growing teams who have outgrown a rota and a cupboard of supermarket spray
How it is priced
Office cleaning is quoted monthly against your written site specification, based on floor area, frequency and the scope agreed at the walk-round. No hourly billing and no surprise add-ons.

How it works
Booking office cleaning
Four steps, no sales process, and a written scope before anyone picks up a cloth.
- 1
Site visit and walk-round
We visit the premises, measure the areas and understand your access, alarm and out-of-hours arrangements before quoting anything.
- 2
A written site specification
You receive a document listing every area, the tasks in each and their frequency: nightly, weekly or periodic. That specification is what we are held to.
- 3
Onboarding and keys
Access, alarm codes and any contractor induction are set up formally. Your cleaners are DBS-checked, uniformed and briefed on your site specifically.
- 4
Ongoing account management
A named contact reviews the contract with you periodically, and handles additions such as periodic carpet cleaning or extra cover before an inspection.
The difference
Why clients choose us for office cleaning
Zero disruption to the working day
We work early, late or at weekends. Your team never has to step around a mop or hold a meeting over a vacuum cleaner.
Consumables handled
Soap, paper and sanitiser are monitored and restocked as part of the visit, so nobody on your team is buying loo roll on expenses.
Fully insured and DBS-checked
Public liability cover as standard and vetted cleaners, with documentation available for your facilities or compliance records.
One named contact
No ticket queues. You deal with someone who knows your building, your access arrangements and your specification.
Questions
Office cleaning FAQs
The questions we are asked most about this service specifically.
Yes, and it is what we usually recommend. Most of our office contracts run between 6pm and 10pm or before 8am. Weekend slots are available where a site is easier to access then.
Yes. Every cleaner working on a commercial contract is vetted and DBS-checked, arrives in branded uniform and carries identification. We can supply documentation for your compliance records.
We do. Soap, hand towels, toilet tissue and sanitiser can be monitored and restocked as part of your contract, either charged at cost or built into your monthly figure.
Contact your named account manager. Additional visits before an audit, an office move or a client visit can usually be arranged within a few working days, and often sooner.
We work on rolling monthly terms rather than long lock-ins. If the standard is right you will stay because it works, not because a contract says you must.
