Most people do not want to think about cleaning. They want to come home on a Thursday evening and find the kitchen surfaces clear, the bathroom glass streak-free and the floors done properly, without having to inspect anything or send a reminder text. That is the standard our domestic cleaning is built around.

We assign you a regular cleaner who learns your home: which surfaces need a softer product, where the spare hoover bags live, that the study door stays shut. Behind that familiarity sits a fixed room-by-room checklist, so consistency never depends on who happens to be on the rota that week.

Everything we use comes with us. Our cleaners arrive in branded uniform with a fully stocked caddy of professional products, so nothing of yours gets used up and there is no shopping list to keep on top of.

Ideal for

  • Working households who want their weekends back
  • Families needing a dependable weekly or fortnightly routine
  • Older residents who would rather not tackle bathrooms and floors
  • Homeowners preparing for guests, viewings or a return from travel

How it is priced

Domestic cleaning is quoted per visit against your agreed checklist, not by the hour, so the price does not creep. Regular schedules are priced more keenly than one-off visits.

What is included

What a domestic clean actually covers

This is the checklist your quote is written against. If it is on the list, it is our responsibility.

  • Hob, extractor face and appliance exteriors degreased
  • Cupboard fronts and handles wiped
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied and relined

Bathrooms

  • Baths, basins, showers and WCs sanitised throughout
  • Tiling and glass screens descaled and buffed streak-free
  • Mirrors, chrome and fittings polished
  • Floors sanitised, towels straightened

Living spaces & bedrooms

  • Dusting of all reachable surfaces, shelves and skirting
  • Upholstery and soft furnishings vacuumed
  • Mirrors, glass and internal doors spot-cleaned
  • Beds made or linen changed on request

Throughout

  • Light switches, handles and high-touch points sanitised

How it works

Booking domestic cleaning

Four steps, no sales process, and a written scope before anyone picks up a cloth.

  1. 1

    A quick conversation

Tell us the size of the property, how often you would like us and anything that matters to you. Most quotes are settled over the phone or by email the same working day.

  2. 2

    We agree your checklist

We turn your priorities into a written room-by-room specification, so both sides know exactly what a completed visit looks like. Nothing is left to interpretation.

  3. 3

    Your regular slot begins

The same cleaner arrives at an agreed time, in uniform, with their own equipment. You do not need to be home; many clients arrange a key or keysafe.

  4. 4

    We keep it under review

Priorities shift with the seasons and with life. Adjust the checklist, the frequency or the day whenever you need to, with no change fee.

The difference

Why clients choose us for domestic cleaning

The same cleaner each visit

Continuity is the difference between a clean that improves over time and one that resets every week. You get a named cleaner, plus a vetted cover cleaner for holidays.

A written standard, not a promise

Your checklist is the contract. If something on it was missed, we come back and put it right rather than debating what was meant to be included.

No cupboard raiding

We bring commercial-grade products and our own equipment to every visit, including microfibre that is laundered between properties.

Flexible around real life

Pause for a holiday, add a one-off deep clean before Christmas, or move your slot when work travel lands. Reasonable notice is all we ask.

Questions

Domestic cleaning FAQs

The questions we are asked most about this service specifically.

No. Most of our regular domestic clients are at work during their visit and arrange either a key, a keysafe or smart-lock access. Whatever the arrangement, it is recorded in writing and only shared with your assigned cleaner.

A two to three bedroom home on a regular schedule usually takes between two and three hours. The first visit often runs slightly longer, because we are bringing the property up to the baseline standard the checklist then maintains.

Yes, everything comes with us as standard. If you would prefer we use specific products of your own, perhaps for a natural stone worktop or because of an allergy in the household, just tell us and we will work with them.

At any time. Clients regularly move between weekly and fortnightly around school terms, and some scale up during busier months. There is no charge for changing your frequency.

You will be told in advance, not left wondering. A vetted cover cleaner works to the same written checklist so the standard holds, or we can move your visit to another day if you prefer to wait.
