Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning that resets a property back to its baseline

The detailed, methodical clean that reaches ovens, extractors, grout, skirting, inside cupboards and behind appliances, restoring a property to the standard a routine clean can then hold.

Deep CleaningMilton Keynes & UK-wide

Routine cleaning maintains a standard. It does not recover one. Once limescale has built into a shower screen, grease has hardened on an extractor filter and dust has settled behind the washing machine, no amount of weekly wiping will bring it back.

A deep clean is a different job with a different method. We work methodically from the highest surfaces down, dismantling what should be dismantled, dwelling products for their proper contact time rather than spraying and wiping, and treating each surface with the right chemistry for its material.

Most clients book one as a starting point before regular visits begin, or as a reset after building work, a long tenancy or a period when the property has not had the attention it needed.

Ideal for

  • Properties starting a new regular cleaning schedule
  • Homes after building work, renovation or plastering dust
  • Kitchens and bathrooms where limescale and grease have built up
  • Landlords resetting a property between longer tenancies
  • Anyone hosting, selling or letting and needing the property at its best

How it is priced

Deep cleans are quoted per job against a written task list following a scope check, because condition matters far more than floor area. Add-ons such as carpet extraction are priced separately.

What is included

What a deep clean clean actually covers

This is the checklist your quote is written against. If it is on the list, it is our responsibility.

  • Extractor housing and filters cleaned or replaced
  • Inside and on top of all cupboards and drawers
  • Behind and beside appliances where they can be safely moved
  • Splashbacks, grout and sealant treated and restored

Bathroom restoration

  • Full limescale treatment on screens, tiling, taps and shower heads
  • Grout scrubbed and mould treated where present
  • Extractor vents cleaned, sealant cleaned or flagged for renewal
  • Behind WCs, pedestals and radiator backs

Detail throughout

  • Skirting boards, architraves, door frames and handles
  • Light switches, sockets, radiators and radiator covers
  • Internal window glass, frames, sills and tracks
  • High-level dusting: tops of doors, wardrobes, pelmets and cobwebs

Floors & soft furnishings

  • Hard floors deep cleaned appropriately to the surface
  • Carpets vacuumed thoroughly, including edges and under moveable furniture
  • Upholstery vacuumed and crevices cleared
  • Carpet or upholstery extraction available as an add-on

How it works

Booking deep cleaning

Four steps, no sales process, and a written scope before anyone picks up a cloth.

  1. 1

    Survey and scope

Deep cleans vary enormously by condition, so we establish scope properly first, usually from photographs or a short visit, and quote against a defined list.

  2. 2

    Right team, right products

We allocate the hours and cleaners the property actually needs and bring the specific chemistry for each surface, from oven degreaser to acid-safe limescale treatment.

  3. 3

    Top-down, room by room

We work high to low so nothing already cleaned gets re-soiled, completing each room fully before moving on rather than circling the property.

  4. 4

    Walk-through together

We finish by walking the property with you against the agreed list, so anything you are not happy with is dealt with there and then.

The difference

Why clients choose us for deep cleaning

Recovers, not just maintains

Built-up limescale, hardened grease and settled dust need dwell time, the right chemistry and dismantling. That is what separates this from a long routine clean.

Makes regular cleaning work

Starting a weekly schedule from a proper baseline means each visit builds on the last, instead of fighting a backlog that never clears.

Priced against a written list

You know exactly which tasks are included before we start, so a deep clean does not become an open-ended hourly job.

Finished with you present

A joint walk-through against the list at the end. Detail work deserves to be checked properly rather than discovered later.

Questions

Deep Clean cleaning FAQs

The questions we are asked most about this service specifically.

It depends far more on condition than on size. A two bedroom flat in reasonable order might take a team most of a day; a neglected family kitchen alone can absorb several hours. We give you an hours estimate with the quote so there are no surprises.

Yes, interior, racks, trays and door glass are part of a full kitchen deep clean. Where an oven needs full dip-tank treatment we will say so, because that is a specialist job rather than something to attempt in situ.

We move what can be moved safely without risk to the appliance, the flooring or our team. Plumbed and integrated appliances stay put, and we clean as far as access allows and tell you honestly what we could not reach.

We remove limescale and treat mould thoroughly, but we will be straight with you about permanent damage. Grout that is dyed by long-term mould or sealant that has perished needs renewing, not cleaning, and we will flag that rather than overpromise.

If a letting agent or inventory report is involved, book the end of tenancy service, which is built to that standard. A deep clean is the right choice for a property you are keeping.
