Commercial Cleaning
Commercial cleaning contracts built around your site, not a template
Retail units, clinics, gyms, communal blocks and managed premises across Milton Keynes and UK-wide, cleaned to a specification written for your building and reported against every month.

Commercial premises fail cleaning contracts for predictable reasons: a specification copied from another building, a team that changes every fortnight, and no reporting until something goes visibly wrong. We take the opposite approach.
Every contract starts with a survey of the actual site. A retail unit with a glass frontage and high footfall has almost nothing in common with a physiotherapy clinic that needs clinical-grade surface hygiene, or a residential block where the communal stairwell and bin store are the whole job. Each gets its own specification, frequency and product set.
You then get a named account contact, a documented team and periodic reviews with written reporting, so the standard is something you can evidence to a landlord, a franchisor or an inspector rather than something you hope is happening.
Ideal for
- Retail units and showrooms where presentation drives footfall
- Clinics, salons and treatment rooms needing documented hygiene standards
- Gyms and studios with high-touch equipment and changing facilities
- Managing agents responsible for communal areas across multiple blocks
- Warehouses, industrial units and trade counters
How it is priced
Commercial contracts are priced monthly following a site survey, based on area, frequency, surfaces and compliance requirements. Periodic work is quoted separately and scheduled in advance.

How it works
Booking commercial cleaning
Four steps, no sales process, and a written scope before anyone picks up a cloth.
- 1
Site survey
We walk the premises with you, record areas, surfaces, footfall and access, and identify anything with a compliance or insurance implication.
- 2
Specification and pricing
You receive a written specification per area with task frequencies, the products proposed, and a monthly price. Nothing is bundled into vague line items.
- 3
Mobilisation
We induct the team on your site, agree access and key-holding formally, and issue you the insurance and vetting documentation for your records.
- 4
Delivery and reporting
Visits are logged and periodic reviews are documented, so you have evidence of the standard rather than an assurance that it happened.
The difference
Why clients choose us for commercial cleaning
A specification for your building
Written after seeing the site, not adapted from a different one. It covers the areas that actually matter in your premises.
Documented and insurable
Public liability cover, DBS-checked staff and method statements available for landlords, franchisors and inspection regimes.
One accountable contact
A named account manager who knows the site, attends reviews and owns any issue through to resolution.
Periodic work planned in
Carpet extraction, hard floor restoration and high-level cleaning scheduled into the year rather than sold to you as an emergency.
Questions
Commercial cleaning FAQs
The questions we are asked most about this service specifically.
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns are our core area for regular visits, and for sites beyond it we recruit, vet and employ cleaners local to the building, working to the same written specification. Send us the locations and we will quote the portfolio.
Yes. Public liability documentation, risk assessments and method statements are provided as part of mobilisation, and refreshed as required for your compliance records.
Multi-site contracts run under one specification framework with a per-site schedule and a single named account manager, so you get consistency across the portfolio and one point of contact.
Regularly. Stairwells, entrance halls, lift interiors and bin stores are a common scope for us, including presentation of bins for collection day and reporting on issues we spot in the block.
Your specification is the benchmark and reviews are documented, so a shortfall is identified and rectified rather than argued about. Rolling monthly terms mean we have to keep earning the contract.
