Booking & quotes
How pricing and scheduling work before anyone arrives at your door.
Call us, email, or use the quote form on the contact page. For domestic and one-off work we can usually quote the same working day from a description of the property. Commercial contracts and heavy deep cleans get a short site visit first, because quoting those properly needs eyes on the building.
Quotes are free and there is no obligation whatsoever. We would rather give you an honest figure you can compare than pressure anyone into a booking they are unsure about.
No. Work is quoted per visit or per job against an agreed task list, which protects you from the hourly creep that makes cleaning bills unpredictable. You know the figure before we start.
Midweek one-off work can often be arranged within a few days, and we deliberately hold capacity for tenancy turnarounds because those deadlines are fixed. Regular schedules usually start within a week or two of agreeing your checklist.
Bank transfer on completion for one-off work, and monthly invoicing for regular domestic schedules and commercial contracts. We invoice letting agents and landlords directly where that is the arrangement.
Yes. We ask for reasonable notice so the team can be re-allocated, and the specifics are set out in our terms. Moving a regular slot or pausing for a holiday is straightforward and carries no fee.

On the day
What actually happens when our team arrives.
Not at all. Most regular clients are at work and arrange a key, keysafe or smart-lock access. Any arrangement is recorded in writing and shared only with the cleaners assigned to you.
Everything comes with us: commercial-grade products, vacuum, mop system and microfibre that is laundered between properties. If you would prefer specific products of your own, for a stone worktop or an allergy in the household, we will use them.
On regular schedules, yes, plus a named cover cleaner for holidays and sickness who works to the same written checklist. Continuity is what makes a clean improve over time rather than reset each visit.
Pets are absolutely fine and very common in the homes we clean. Just let us know what to expect, whether anything needs a door kept closed, and if there are products you would rather we avoided.
Yes. Office and commercial work is usually done outside business hours by design, and weekend slots are available for tenancy turnarounds and one-off work.

Standards, insurance & trust
The parts that matter when you are letting a company into your property.
Yes, we hold public liability insurance as standard and can provide documentation for your records, which managing agents and facilities teams frequently ask for.
Every cleaner is vetted and referenced before working unsupervised, arrives in branded uniform and carries identification. Cleaners on commercial and clinical contracts are DBS-checked.
Tell us promptly and we will return to put right anything on your agreed checklist that was missed, at no charge. That is precisely why we work to a written list rather than a vague understanding.
Report it as soon as you notice and we will deal with it properly, through our insurance where appropriate. We would always rather hear about a problem than have a client quietly stop calling.
We use professional products chosen for the surface and the level of hygiene required, and we can work to a lower-toxicity range on request, which is a common ask in homes with young children or allergies. Tell us at quote stage so we can specify accordingly.

Coverage
Where we work and how we staff a job away from our own rounds.
All of them. Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns are our core area for regular visits, extending across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, and we take work anywhere else in the UK on the same terms. There is no location we will not quote.
By staffing locally rather than driving further. When we take on work outside our own rounds we recruit and vet cleaners in that area, employ them directly, and train them to the same written specification the rest of our teams work to. The account is managed from Milton Keynes; the cleaning is done by people who live near the property.
Travel is built into the quote you are given, never added afterwards. Distance does not change whether we take the work, only how we staff it, so a property outside our regular rounds is not automatically more expensive.
Yes. Multi-site contracts run under one specification framework with a per-site schedule and a single named account manager, which keeps the standard consistent across a portfolio.
